Problem Description:

Room Alert 4E is not accessible thorough the Device Manager, and can not be accessed though its web interface as well.  However you can still be able to ping it and telnet it.

Solution:

Change the IP address of the Room Alert 4E Device and reboot.  You can change IP address of a Room Alert Device in other  ways if you can not open its web page:

1- Using Telnet to change the IP address then open the web page at the new IP address

2- Using the Device Discovery utility.
